The Loan Against Securities (LAS) feature is provided by Bajaj Finance Ltd. and facilitated through Essential Investment Managers Private Limited (EIMPL) via the Smallcase Gateway SDK. Aunest operates solely as a distribution platform. All lending decisions and disbursements are made by Bajaj Finance Ltd. By using the LAS feature, users consent to sharing relevant personal and financial data with the lender for loan processing.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
User data is retained as required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, and operational requirements.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data (subject to legal requirements) by contacting wecare@aunest.in.
8. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party platforms. The Company is not responsible for their privacy practices.

Aunest is a technology platform that enables users to access financial products offered by regulated partners. Loan and credit facilities available through the Aunest platform are provided and underwritten solely by Bajaj Finance Ltd, an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
When users apply for a loan through the platform, certain personal, financial, and KYC-related information may be securely shared with our integration partner smallcase (Essential Investment Managers Pvt Ltd) and the lending partner Bajaj Finance Ltd strictly for the purposes of:
